It's a great post about CT in general and the LBB covers in particular. A nice flashback to my early Traveller days.

Attention to detail. Dwell on the little things.

Quality over quantity. Less is more.

Take your time to get it right, do your setting research if required, you don't need every latest sci fi fad.

Create a universe in your imagination. Live in it, die in it, but make it yours.

This, the Third Imperium is just one setting in the multiverse. Bespoke is best (even if you adapt the Third Imperium, it is now yours).
