So apparently there is a special code you get at the end of the old MegaTraveller computer game.

Did it ever do anything?

Man, it's been a long time since I played that--probably 25 years or more.

But, I remember finding the hidden Zhodani Base, and I think the code was used to get through one of the obstacles. This is a pure guess, but I do remember a killer hallway where, once you get into it, the doors lock and poison gas begins to kill your character quickly.
