Sorry as much as I would want to buy this...as I bought all the PDFs I cannot justify the $22.00 in shipping...

$22 shipping? Wow, I thought the $8 shipping I was charged was high! (I'm in the US though, not Canada.) At least the total came out to less than the original list price, so I'm not complaining.

NOTE: If you are in th US, especially, make sure you choose the Media Mail option from the shipping drop down (after you put in your zip code). It made shipping to my neck of the woods (Seattle) only $2.38.
