Kafka is most certainly talking about the Seeker Gaming Systems material, the company was known back in the old LBB era as "SGS".
Seeker has been a notorious vaporware company in recent years. That means, for years they kept promising (on their sometimes-functional website) to revive their old Traveller products, but nothing has ever materialized.
And kafka is talking about THIS.... (image below):
Now how the heck would I know, other than I'm old enough to have seen actual retail copies back in the LBB (CT) Epoch? Well, because years ago, around 2002 or so, I grabbed a mint copy of their Science Research Complex.... got it for a few bucks from eBay. Mint copy in freakin shrinkwrap!!1 The seller probably had no idea how rare and prized these things are. So I gots me a copy of their Science Complex. As for the Corporation Building, I doubt I will ever see one again, I've given up on it myself.
Also..... one very very very major piece of Classic Traveller trivia. Seeker is the same company that was licensed to publish and sold the.... very old.... and rare gem known as the Classic Traveller "Map of Known Space" poster. It was a
gigantic poster, and this must be a Holy Grail of old Classic Traveller artifacts of the 1980s. The poster was known to have flown at many important venues in that time, including at GenCons, Origins, and supposedly also flew in the very headquarters of Game Designers Workshop (unverified).
The same image of this poster appears as the "map" of Imperial Space that we know from a couple of the old LBBs. I forget which one. Does anyone remember?
Hence, I don't blame Kafka for searching diligently for the Seeker material. They are quite hard to find. They are rare gems, kinda like those FASA Starship deckplans. Maybe some of you "semi-influential" Citizens here can nudge Mr. Miller to bring back the Seeker licensed material and incorporate them into a CD-ROM?
