Turn to pages 17-19 in DA2: Mission on Mithril. There's a neat system there that you can copy to create weather and varying temperature on your Classic Traveller worlds.

I've been using them for years, too last to make up charts for every world so I just use these with DMs based on the environmental conditions of the planet of the week.

Very useful.
