Who owns the T2K IP?

I've been trying to figure out who owns the Twilight: 2000 IP. I realize that it has been licensed to a game company who is bringing product out relatively soon. I really look forward to that.

I'm interested in licensing the T2K IP for a "Live Action" rulebook.

Any help in pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

IIRC, Frank Chadwick.

Who, last I heard, was not in good health.

MWM is licensed to do the T2K CDRom.

Frank Chadwick also held the Space:1889 rights. Heliograph was licensed to produce reprints of Sp1889.
