they are human so they get the bonus feat and skill point advancement.

now when reading the discription for the race if they have a SOC of 16 or higher they are considered to be a Natural Psionic Talent. ( there is a note in the fluff about being trained from birth in Psi )

so would a SOC 16+ get Natural Psionic Talent and Psi Training feat(s) for free ? in addition to the bonus human feat ?

also would chars that rolled a 10+ on PSI test that where not SOC 16 get the Training feat also ?

I think the SOC16+ Zhodani get the Natural Psionic Talent and the Psi Training feats for free since they are trained from birth.

Anyone else has to purchase the Psi Training feat due to not being nobility.
