Travellers' Aid Society logo needed

How about this? I whipped it up the other day. However I may decide to use the Logo (minus the Travellers Aid Society wording)for something else in the future, just so you know.

Publius,

Thanks!

Yet another excellent goody greedily squirreled away against a future need!

Regards,
Bill

Sorry, I'm not seeing it. No disrespect, but I'm seeing a pair of cigarette butts and thinking a warning sign about chain smoking... :oo:

Logos can change rather quickly, develop concurrently in different directions, have spin-offs that are just variations on a theme, or have great longevity in a single form. I think everything presented could feasibly coexist, and yet not complete the picture. It could be that the initials really are it, however; the FBI has a logo, but their intials mean much more. I think with brands providing unique services, the latter is more the case than the golden arches which really have to complete with many similar services.

I need a copy of the canonical TAS logo. I believe Forms and Charts had an ID with a TAS logo on it, but I don't have that supplement. I found a very nice logo at this site:

http://www.cafepress.com/travellersaid

and I'm wondering if that's the canonical one or one made up for that particular site. If it's not the canonical logo, could someone perhaps provide me with one?

Hans

Found it! It appears in an ad in MTJ#1.
