I did host the HIWG CD, but after several authors contacted me to pull certain material, I decided to pull the whole thing off the net as it all became a hazzle to manage. I a sorry for this. I would love to put it up again, but as long as it seems impossible to know the legal status of everything there, it is easier to leave it off the net.
