Got one off of CoTI 'bout ten years back, and it worked great.

Can't remember who produced it, or what it was called. IIRC it produced a file that was not .xml, but easily convertible.

Anyone got any ideas about what I'm fishing for?

There are lots of them here now, mostly depends on your coding language of choice. So far plain text seems to be the norm but I think some produce JSON. If you have coding skills, holler. Or just look at the MakHidKarun Git repo.
