2300 AD: The Canon on CD-ROM

If the quality is better than the Megatraveller CD ROm, this one will be a winner. But, he ought to have still waited to closer to the release date of 2320AD, as a way of feeding the momentium into that release.

So, I wonder if then we are going to see next the rest of the Twilight novels and whatnot digitalized (as they are on Drive Through) and thrown out as CD ROM products. Does anyone know the quality of the scans of these respective products on Drive Through (other than 2300AD main box set which I picked up as a freebie and found wasn't bad).

Anyone know if the errata was entered or if the pages are scanned in decently?

I will pick it up due to the challenge articles and the other materials that are not available from Drivethru.

I would still like to see the CT reprints done in PDF as well.

Well, if QLI or FFE want to do an entire run of Challenge Magazine on CD ROM, this would be an invaluable resource for all gamers. And, I would happy to do a loaner of my collection for a period of time (mutually agreed). Ambitious but doable, it certainly would make more people pay attention to Traveller, as I know many who bought Challenge for those other articles and know all that knowledge is locked up in personal collections...it would be a great PR move from either QLI or FFE.

Emm, the link I posted above has the order now button in a big box on the right of the page.

The page itself can be arrived at by one click on the "New - 2300AD" banner at the top of the FFE home page.

Mnmm, yourself.

On the page you posted about half the links (including, presumably, 2300 CD and the "Buy" button) are busted links (red X) in my browser (IE6).

Ah, I see the banner now. I couldn't read the little white letters that spell "2300AD-CDROM". Well, I still can't, really, but now I know what it must say.
