2320 PDf version -- where/when to buy

Hello, all!

I think this is a question for the folks in charge of T20/2320.

First -- fantastic work on this. I was, sadly, unaware of the D20 version until recently (I think I got wind of it from GameGeeks).

Having gotten my hands on a hardcopy T20 via ebay (the the Player's Guide in pdf), I have to say my interest in Traveller is rekindled. This is not due to my slavish devotion to D20, mind you, but the potential to get some of the folk I PbP with to actually get on board with it.

In any event, 2320 really appeals to me. I want to get the pdf version, but I've heard there are a few editing problems with the current draft. If I go ahead and get the current version off of DriveThruRPG, will the updated pdf be made available to me once the print version is done or would I have to purchase the pdf directly from you, the publisher?

Thanks!

That's the idea, as far as I'm aware. This new PDF version will be made available to anyone who purchased the original.

Yes I will be updating the file here and at RPGNow/DTRPG with the final version so anyone who ordered the original file will be able to re-download and get the update.

Tech help

I purchased the original 2320 AD and was a member of the Moot, but I moved. In the process I lost my password and as all password update info was sent to my old email I was never able to log in again.

So Hunter, I have two questions. Can I be reinstated into the Moot and can I still get my new copy of 2320 without paying for it again?

My old email was anna7@cecomet.net and if you need anymore info send me an email at lecrone@att.net. I have my login for the Moot but it does not seem to work as I had to re-sign up as a different person when I moved.

Thank you,
Benjamin

>Hunters PC crashed a few weeks ago. So everythings pushed back yet AGAIN.

and although he has posted several times in all sorts of other topics since (at least once a week that Im aware of), he has been unable to update the various folders where people are asking about the progress of 2320 .....

The frequency of set backs to this particular endeavor are, to put it lightly, distressing. :( We've all been waiting since 2006. But, I'm willing to wait longer (since I've already purchased the draft, looking forward to the polished product).

Stiff uppper lip and all that. ;)

>since I've already purchased the draft, looking forward to the polished product

I suspect thats part of the problem .... many customers will not be paying twice for the product. I'm just waiting for a corrected PDF so that I have something at least 90% usable without major effort on my part.

I don't remember it being identified as a DRAFT

My mistake...not a draft, per se. But it was recognized as something that wasn't polished. We're basically waiting for the graphics...and benefitting from a second round of edits, etc. that have come up since it's initial publication and availability.

and still hasnt responded to any of the posts enquiring about 2320 although it looks like his problems are well and truly over judging by the number of recent posts ......... his attention has apparently been focussed on T5 ...... which has not yet gone on sale

At the moment it is only available as a PDF.

It can be purchased from the board's store or from DTRPG.
