If you go to the company's website they state that ALL of the photos are mockups because they are not providing actual photos of the technology due to military and trade secret concerns. However, they give the names of a few independent persons from the Canadian and American military who verify that it works.

Some of those aren't so ... fantastic, except to a credulous audience. It's still an interesting list. I'm waiting for Warren Buffet to steal those exoskeletons and make himself an Iron Man suit, though.

A NOVA Science Now episode had privately built (a start-up I think) testing powered exoskeletons. One was being tested by a paraplegic, the other was for 1st responders.

I think other than Repulsor tech and the ARC reactor, the tech exists for everything else in the Iron Man suit. Maybe not quite as miniaturized yet.
