3D stereocopic ship scene

Ronnke

SOC-11
Just for fun/curiosity I rendered a 3D stereoscopic scene with a few ships from my recent works. I was surprised and really impressed with how well it worked out.

You need Red/Cyan glasses to view the image, however Red/Blue or Red/Green glasses should work.

Enjoy.

Awesome, nice work. What did you do it in?

It was created in Blender. I have since experimented with different stereoscopic scenes and also a short animation.

Well done - that really pops!

Moving the mouse over it, one literally expects it to go behind the Alexandria!

I'd love to see it, but ... where can I find the r/c, r/g, or r/b glasses?

(OTOH, I've actually learned how to force my eyes to cross to 'merge' the two separate images in the 3D technique that relies on that method, rather than color separation.)

Wow, just wow!:D

I really love how the escort realy pops out in this picture, would love to see more stuff like this.:)

I'll gladly do more, including animations.

You can pick up the glasses from a computer store, and if they don't have them in stock they can normally order in. Otherwise you can find decent glasses on eBay.
