This is a call to former HIWG members for some assistance.
Until a few months ago I hosted the HIWG CD. However, when some former HIWG members and authors contacted me and asked me to pull some of the material from the CD. After I while this got more to be a hazzle than it was fun. I decided to pull the file off the net.
However, the CD and its material is still in demand. As I don't have the contact address to everyone who contributed to the original CD I would like to see former HIWG members donate their stuff to this site. You will still own the IP to your material, and can delete it when you want to. I'll host the files for free.
If you are interested to make the material from the HIWG CD available to all the Traveller fans out there, please consider to upload the files.
here is what you do, register on the site (unless you haven't done so before), contact the administrator and inform him (me) and tell me your username. I'll then add you to a group that has access to upload, edit and delete files you contribute with in the HIWG spesific location in Traveller Freeport's file resporitory.
I am also interested in hosting HIWG fanzine publications. To date AABP and Tiffany Star are hosted along with my meager Kfan Uzangou fanzine.
All files that are uploaded needs to be approved, which may take a day or two before it is available on the site.
Sincerely,
Roger Malmstein
