Would I be correct in thinking that no alien races start with free 'racial' skill points and feats - i.e. this is a uniquely human advantage?

Also, shouldn't the Virushi start with the Heavy Gravity Adaptation feat, since they come from a size A world? Come to think of it, shouldn't anyone who comes from a size 9 world also have this, since the average gravity shown on p375 for such worlds is greater than 1.1g (this would include the Ursa, Sydites, and Vilani)

Every race starts with a "bonus"

The human bonus is that they get a free feat, extra skills and more skills per level

The Virushi bonus is that they are built like a rhino, have extra hands and feet and huge stat bonuses (plus some alien levels as a penalty.

Etc etc

The heavy G stuff didn;t make sense to us, so we re-wrote it. Each character has a "happy" range of G - they get penalties for how far away from this range they are. They can move the range over time. They can expand the range with feats.

We made zero G a different sort of feat.

OK, figured as much - thanks. Just making sure I wasn't missing anything.

Your version of the gravity adaptation sounds quite similar to how GURPS handles it, IIRC...

How big a range did you give them? I like that idea btw.
