Anyone Else Having Problems Buying?

I haven't had any problems in purchasing things online, though you can refer to my posts on the Traveller's Aide #3 thread for other problems that I've had.
As far as logging on to a server, I've never been asked to log on to make a purchase. If your browser isn't accepting cookies, the shopping cart feature of the site will likely not work.
If allowing cookies doesn't resolve the problem, or if you're already allowing cookies, I'd suggest contacting RPGRealms. They've been pretty responsive to my questions regarding the website (with the exception of the aforementioned TA3).

FWIW, I purchased TA1 through rpgnow.com since I also like some of the other D20 pdfs. Didn't have any problems (have made more than one order through them) and was able to redownload the file when my hard drive died on me. 
I had the original recipt email on a webmail accont.
They carry all the QLI pdf products and sometimes have demos.
