Apps for iPhone and iPad

Given the hoops that need to be jumped to get an app into the app store, it might be a futile question, but....

What apps would be useful on these devices for the discerning Traveller fan?

If most people have web access anyway, do you even need a local app?

Given the bandwith fees, a loadable viewer for sectors and subsectors that generates the images onboard.

It seems that Mongoose have developed an app for the iphone that is with Marc for approval.
Don't know what it consists of though.
