Artificial Intelligence in the Traveller Universe

Likewise, I've also ever assumed that robots are nearly omnipresent in Traveller, just not usually told about unless they have some importance in the plot or situation (as bystanders, vehicles, and many other things we usually assume to be there, but rarely talk about).

I too follow this path, who notices a Appliance? Unless it doing something out of the ordinary.

Well, there was that time the toaster I bought at Goodwill disappeared along with the vacuum cleaner, my old radio, a lamp and my electric blanket. They left a note saying they were hunting for their original owners.

Of course, that could have been a practical joke by my wife.

Yup, saw I on the news. The hulls are thin on destroyers. Thats why they called them 'tin cans' in WW 2.

1. What does the Traveller universe look like when AI is everywhere?

2. Can Traveller have AIoT without losing the element that makes it fun to play?

1) I like how Agent of the Imperium handles its "AI."

2) Players can still role-play a character that's using someone else's Personality System.
