Has anyone tried the new Behind the Claw?

I'm wondering what's in it exactly.

Is it the same as the original? Or is there new added to it?

I've been thinking about picking up a copy.

Deneb has been completely re-written, and the Marches have had an absolute mountain of new material added in this edition.
