It is very crisp as is. Factory fresh 
In fact it looks a lot like a card stock model, and I mean that in the best way. Have you ever looked at Pepakura and considered converting some of your renders to cardstock models?

very, very nice. I'm hoping it's the sense of competition - Andrew & LucasArts trying to out-do each other, and we all benefit (a very friendly competition, of course!)

It's certainly nice having a bit of competition...so I can steal ideas from them!
It's not stealing - it's paying homage to!
(Plus it really does help sometimes to spark new ideas and new directions. Started a new job, and my duties apparently cover report stuff [and I hate reporting] but they've a really interesting method to it that I may have to, err, borrow for home brew stuff)
