Blind Vargr?

And I was wondering: does a Blind Vargr use a seeing-eye primate?

Roth Thokken? No... But that's a neat name. What's it mean? (and why does my head hurt all of a sudden?)

It's a Vargr subspecies. Blind from birth, they have powerful and bizarre psionic talents. They are native to the Angfutsag sector (3 sectors coreward from Star's End), and thus fairly remote from Imperial space, but I reckon they might show up in Julian space occasionally.
(They are from Vilani&Vargr, and thus from DGP "lost canon".)
