Not sure what you're asking. On page one it states: "If the MoS/MoF equals zero (0), the action test results in neither a success nor failure."Originally posted by Casey:
You have a Margin of 0 = a draw (I guess?) which I don't remember from Silhouette. This result of neither a success or failure does not seem to be spelled out.
Page three has a Dodge like combat action called Evasive Maneuver. Gives the defender a +3 modifier to their Action Test.Since there is no dodge skill in CT for combat perhaps either add the modifer or use it halved (if no applicable skill) for defense rolls.
Well, most of the modifiers as I took them straight out of CT without much modification seemed skewed towards the negative, so I tried to give a slight positive slant to Table 1-2.Table 1-2 seems a bit skewed towards + modifiers and 5-7 = 0 seems a tad much but I've not crunched the numbers.
The Core Silhouette Rules are basically unchanged. The Core rules simply allow people to use Silhouette in any setting. As well, there are D20 conversion rules for those that like D20 (not I). So, no effect.Good work so far! Any idea of the new Silhouette Core Rules will have any impact on this?
