FWIW the FASA double adventure is one of the products available from Sovereign Games (
http://www.sovereigngames.com/HarrensaProject.htm , also frequently listed on eBay) if you're interested in acquiring a copy. I can't answer all your questions but I can give a little bit of info:
Author: Harrensa Project is by Jim Cunningham (the guy who originally created High Passage magazine).
Stazhlekh Report is, as stated above, by J. Andrew Keith
Publication Date: early 1983 (This was one of the very last Traveller products FASA released -- possibly THE last?)
Plot description: see the Sovereign Games page linked above.
Date: I believe both are set in 1107-8 (the 'current' date as of when the book was published).
Location: HP is set in Old Expanses sector. SR is set in Far Frontiers sector. I don't know specific world locations for either. EDIT: the plot description on the Sovereign page also gives world names!
Portability: can't say, unfortunately. I never played either adventure, or even read them beyond a quisk skim-through, and even that was years ago.
As for those Paranoia Press products I'm 99-100% sure they were never released. They're listed as unpublished in the
Traveller Bibliography Paranoia Press page and I have no reason to doubt that. Later printings of Paranoia Press products (or at least the ones I have) had errata pages taped inside the covers. It was probably possible to get collected errata for all their products by sending a request. This wouldn't have come to more than 1 or 2 pp max and wouldn't count as a 'product' per se.
