FASA Merchant Class Ships Sought - Trade Available

I'm looking for a boxed copy of the FASA Merchant Class Ships set issued back in 1981, the large format deck plans. I do have a small collection of original LBBS and other deck plans to consider for trade for such.

Also interested in the FASA Hotel Complex set.

Patronzero,
Do you know if the original scale of those FASA deck plans are for 15mm or 25mm scale?

Also if it helps there all available in PDF form on the Classic Traveller Apocrypha 1 CDROM from FFE.

With the PDF's I guess you could scale them to whatever size you want, however it would be nice to know what the original intended scale was.

Interestingly the FASA deck plans are without doubt where the new ad astra games starships where modelled from. The Zhodani fleets look spot on.

Great game that Power Projection too if your interested in having straight forward space battles for your games.

Thanks for the heads-up Spaceresearcher, to the best of my knowing the deckplans that FASA produced were in 15mm, Adventure Class Ships 1 & 2 were 17" by 22" format, the Aslan Mercenary ship set was much larger, 22" by 33". I believe Merchant Class Ships is also in the larger format as well.

I've considered an 'e-download' but would like the originals to finish up the incomplete set I currently have. My other concern is how the e-editions are formatted for printing.

Hi folks! If you're talking about the three 1000-tonners, they're in (what I call) "15mm cheat scale". That is, each square - which is supposed to be 15mm - is really half-an-inch across. The effect is that the deckplans look a little small when you put 15mm figurines on them (but they're still useable).

The deckplans come in a large flat box, and the ships are on multiple large fold-out sheets. Spaceresearcher, remind me to show them to you when you drop in for our game on Sunday. ;-)
