In the back of the FCI Consumer Guide (an early FASA product) there are ratings for Availability and Reliability, with a set of rules on how to use them.
However, along with these ratings, there is also a number notation in parenthesis listed with each manufacturer. It's between 3-15, so I assume it's hexadecimal.
These numbers, along with the associated corporation, are compiled on a single page in the back of the supplement, as well.
Anyone have any idea what these are, or what they mean?
