An arboretum built around a moderate pool/bath
complete with waterfall(s). Several of the rich
in my campaign settings those. You can also add a menagerie to the arboretum. As for a handball
court, any empty cargohold will do nicely. My wife's corsair character uses her cargo hold to
practice her mheirchalla grav dance routines.
 
Polo field, swimming pool, rainforest with waterfalls. I think everyone is thinking on an Iain M Banks scale here. If so then I think the luxury personal yacht should be about 10-100,000 tons. Enough space for everything you could think of plus several large bays that could be configured into anything you missed.
 
^ Yep. I am dealing with a small ship universe so 2kt is rather big. In the OTU a real ducal ship should be in the spaceframe of an armored cruiser about 100kt. It would be a palace in space with minimum offensive armaments but heavy on the defense.
