Why?

It's a minor thing but why pounds and inches? Traveller has used a metric standard forever. It's the one thing that caused me to avoid GURPS Traveller to play (as opposed just reading). It grates.

Sorry about the minor gripe as it looks mighty fine. Not too late for an update though. I would suggest as a format:

Height 183cm (72 inches)
Weight 81.5kg (180 lb)

But that's just my preference.

Point taken and you are correct. I will make the change for book two. It is in the layout stage right now. Denizens II has details about the Biaxial System, as well as, more characters, ship's, and the all important library data. Of course, there is going to be lots and lots of pretty color pictures.
