Gurps 2300ad

Thinking about running a 2300AD campaign using the GURPS rules. Just need some adivice on what I am thinking about. Lets see looking to use TL10 stuff maybe higher and lower in some places. I have been looking at using the following books Biotech, Space, Ultra Tech and the Transhuman space line. Any ideas would be helful.
 
How about CORPS 2300AD

Would suggest using CORPS (by BTRC) rather than GURPS for doing 2300. I ran a 2300 campaign using these some years ago and it was good. I came up with a translation from a character created in 2300 to a CORPS character. There is also a conversion sequence for Timelords (3G3, weapons design system by BTRC) weapons to 2300, and 3G3 has conversion to CORPS stats in it also. COPS VDS (Vehicle Design System) is also good and rating existing 2300 vahicles into it is pretty easy.

If you want to use GURPS though, look at the Etrnager site, http://www.users.globalnet.co.uk/~dheb/2300/index.htm, I believe the vehicles that they have detailed for 2300 are built using the GURPS vehicles rules.
 
It may be worth taking a look at GURPS Traveller: Interstellar Wars since it is based on the TL10/11 (GURPS TL scale) technology.

Adding stuff from the other books like you suggest will allow you to tailor things to match T2300.

Transhuman Space for the provolutionists, BioTech for the pentapods, that sort of thing.

Not sure much UltraTech will make it in.

When I first read GURPS Traveller: Interstellar Wars, one of the first thoughts to cross my mind was that to me parts of it very much felt like 2300AD but with Traveller type tech.
