Gurps Supplements for MGT

What are the best Gurps supplements that would be useable (that would mean the background material because obviously the crunchy stuff wouldn't be) for Mongoose Traveller? Thanks.

Any of them if you are only looking for fluff. The Gurps books are very big on fluff. They are set in a slightly modified OTU (one in which the Emperor was not assassinated). MT will thus have some conflicts, but CT/MGT shouldn't have any.

The least Fluffy will be Far Trader and First In; both are mechanical supplements; both are supposedly portable, but not without major work.

Behind the Claw is a variant view of the marches, but has a paragraph or more per world.

Sword Worlds should be expanded upon and brought into MgT. I would very much like to some of the minor races (although much of Humanti should be junked) that were afterthoughts in the Alien Module series brought into MgT. Rim of Fire would good in parts but I am sure that MgT has already got plans for the Rim. I liked the majority of the fluff in GT although some of those world books left me wondering about quality control and their ability to make money from existing product line. My two gripes about GT is the art and the fact they did not really innovate from the CT base. I have softened a bit on the art front. But, GT merely is a reference when I am too lazy to look for the CT/MT reference.

Gurps Traveller

Looks like Starports would be a very useful one to have and SJG has a PDF version at a very reasonable price it looks like.

Does anyone know if any of the GT stuff talks much about the Zhodani core expeditions? What would you guys recommend as the best source on that topic? Thanks.

I have made good use of First In (but I'm a bit of a planetography wonk) and Starports. And I've ported some stuff from my online JTAS subscription.

Well i am new player , as i started with MGT (and bought few CT books for completeness and artwork [ships have much better art in CT than in MGT IMHO]

But Ive bought Behind the claw pdf and i am very happy from this purchase. There is few phrases or paragraph about every planet in Spinward marches, and its exactly enough to make me think and to not close possibilities with too much specifics.
Its best Spinward marches book Ive seen (Ive got CT and MGT).

Only thing that is a minus is that time for it is set 10 years after MGT time line and GURPS tech levels and port codes are different.
