Heaven & Earth downloads

Didn't see this in any of the various Heaven and Earth threads.

The Heaven and Earth site at Downport lists beta versions up to 1.08, but the only version I can find on the Download page is v 1.04. Is there anyplace to download the betas or anything newer than 1.04?

I seem to remember the beta version was primarily for GRiP support but was unstable (or had other issues).
