Help needed - UWP and canon

I need a world in the JG sectors that meet the following criteria:

It is off the mains, but is still reachable with jump-2 ships.

It is a balkanised system.

If there is any canon relevent to the world as well, I would like some data on where I can find the rference,

How about?

No current canon. It is one Jump-1 away from an x-boat route stop, but not on a main. Is reachable via Jump-2 from the Domain capital at Annapabar (1936 - Diamond Prince/Ley) in the next subsector trailing.
