How about Milieu Zero with MgT?

What problems will I run into? Is it easy to convert to MgT? (mainly Long Way Home)

Just wondering if it would be better to convert the Long Way Home mod to 1105 or just keep it in Milieu Zero and convert what???

Milieu zero might actually be cool right?

I just don't know how much work I'm getting myself into...

Will all the ships need to be different and etc...

Milieu Zero comes in PDF so you don't have to pay much to get it
and get it quickly. I bought the PDF first, which is okay quality.

I like it, I like several of the T4 products, but some of it isn't so
nice. Anyway I liked the M-0 book so much I found a hardcopy
and bought that from http://www.abebooks.com .

I'd use it as a background book for whatever version of Traveller
I was running.

The main thing is that it's "turn back the clock" and the setting
offers some suggestions. I believe there's a way to take the
area that M-0 is based in and reset the UWPs to reflect ~1100
years ago (so no Spinward Marches, no official contact with the
Zhodani, and so forth -- I think those are right). T4 suffers from
lots of erratta, so make sure you either find documented cases
of erratta or keep "reality checking" things as you read them.

Go thru your timelines (presented in whichever books you already
have) and see about what's there and what isn't as well as
Technology Levels.

I like the book/setting and hope I get the chance to run it or run
in it at some point in time.

My Terran Dawn campaign grew originally from my desire to run a non-T4 campaign in Melieu 0. I liked the TL 12 setting limited to a smaller play area. I started doing all kinds of research, got everything I could for the setting, but was befuddled by all of the contradictions in the T4 material. Even the M0 campaign book itself contradicts itself many times (try placing all of the locations described in the text with the sector map and you will see what I mean). There's discussion in these forums about the problems I ran into.

So, I gave up and moved on to a different area, the Solomani Rim, around the same time period. If you do go ahead with M0, I might be able to answer some questions if you have any and had tons of notes and a new sector map that corrected issues, but I don't think any of it made it to files, pencil and paper only.

Was Pocket Empires any better ?

I think many consider Pocket Empires the best T4 product.

Pocket Empires was one of the best T4 products produced, due to the fact it was writen by the CORE team.

Well I really liked my Milieu-Zero pdf, so much that I ended up getting
the hardcopy off abebooks.com.

May need to get this one next, unless I can wait a year or two for the T4 cd-rom to come out :D
