How do I locate a game to play by email??

I am new to this forum and have enjoyed the various discussions I have read through. However, looking through the multiple listings, I haven't seen anywhere that gives someone the information about new games or old games looking for new players.

Not a rant just an observation. Really would like to join in or help someone start up.
