"Marines working starport security in the open concourses are authorized to wear the ceremonial undress, cloth armor, with reflective under-layer, ballistic enhancements, communication with the sergeant of the guard, and a Chemical Filtration Mask Type 38, IMSN 1234-4857-4875.

The provision of more heavily armed and armored Marines on standby is a precondition of allowing such ceremonial undress patrols. A long arm is preferred, and a minimum of two marines may patrol together."

That looks really good, though for some strange reason it reminds me a little of a bull fighter. Maybe its the hat?

It's a perfectly cromulent hat!

Looks like it provides for light armor, a visor (targeting?), and some space behind for commo, image processing, etc...
