MGT Only: Is PSI burning Fatigue?

From the Mongoose 2022 Update:

If this cost brings them below zero PSI, then
any excess points are applied as damage.

Since you have to take Endurance first for damage, is this burning Fatigue?

Yes, that appears most likely.

I think a case could be made for DEX or INT.

It seems that overexerting yourself psionically is just like overexerting yourself physically, it can wreck your body a bit. Just goes to show how interconnected the mind & body are, even in a game!
