could be that your machine is compromised. Without knowing which OS, it's hard to say.
Could be that your router or ISP are blocking the security key lookups.
Or that your ISP or any one of the routers in-between is running a man-in-the-middle attack (whether intentional or not by the owners of said hardware).

run a malware scan. Use windows defender if you've been using Kaspersky. (Kaspersky is a Russian company, and US DoD is warning not to use it due to potentially having been compromised/nationalized by the Russian Intelligence services.)

If clear, then there's probably a man-in-the-middle attack.

I'll note that Chrome is working fine on the site for me, as well, using Win 11.
