Does Marc Miller and in general the Traveller property have a copyright on the 1.5 meter map scale for deck plans and other related Traveller game maps?

Such is not able to be protected by copyright or trademark in the U.S.
I suspect it's not covered under trade dress law, either. It's just a map scale.
