Linux tools for ship drawing?

What tools do you Linux users use to draw ship plans? After a multi-decade hiatus I'd like to get back into playing with this.

Of course, graph paper and pencil still work.

Most of the *nix users *I* associate with run either CC2, CC3, or Fractal Mapper under WINE.

heres another svg tool

skencil is a more loightweight svg tool if you find inkscape too heavy

Xfig is a nice, simple vector graphics program.
