It's just like those rip-off gift sites that let you name a star and puts your name in some 'official register' - you know the score.
This site is free though. After you've named your star you can find it on Google sky.
I thought it would be a laugh if we 'named' a chunk of it after Traveller systems. On the extremely remote chance that this database is used to officially name those stars in the future, Then when our decendants take to the stars many years from now, they will moving about in a Traveller universe and our beloved game will have reached immortality!
