Mark Lucas' Deckplans

So, Mark Lucas made a bunch of interesting deckplans that he had posted to these forums years ago. All of those threads I've tried to find were gone, unfortunately. He has his deckplans on Flickr here: https://www.flickr.com/photos/lucasdigital/albums/72157614799771385/

Well, recently (I think the day before yesterday, maybe?) he started a new website with new stuff: https://www.lucas-digital.com/ I used the contact form to ask if he was going to be releasing any of his work as PDFs, as it's exactly the kind of thing I want to see more of in Mongoose's TAS site. Unfortunately, he let me know he lost a lot of the original files for those in two hard drive crashes.

In any case, I wanted to know if anyone had done up stats for any of them, or used them in interesting ways in their games? I wish I could see those old forum threads where people talked about them. I'm considering how good the Hector-class Module Transporter, Boudicca-class Frontier Trader, and De Coubertin-class Fleet Courier are for some parts of my game. And I'm absolutely going to use the Ormston-class Gas Mining Station in my game, in a variation of "Sky Rig".

I have used them in games (long time ago), esp Boudicca and Gas Mining station, I believe there were MgT1 stats for them.
I'm really curious how someone would stat up the Gas Mining Station. In the original module it was 7,000 dtons, but that was mostly gas bag. Mr. Lucas' version definitely has more interior space, and quadruple the crew.

The Ormstrom XM Gas Refinery does look fairly good sized, it's not stat'd out, though there is a Type S silhouette next to the elevation. Looks to be roughly 100 meters long, and 30 meters in diameter, or 5,049 dtons.

At least I finally have a name to credit for the gas mining station. Using it for a non-Traveller SF game and hated that I did not know where I got it from (like way too much of the stuff I've squirreled away as I know the web is often quite ephemeral). Thanks for the link!

Yeah, that's how I ended up tracking it down. I loved the gas mining station, and did a Google Image Search and came to the Flickr through a link on a forum. Then, when I had a name to put to the image, I was able to find his website. Which is hilarious, because apparently I found it the first day it was live!

There's a few other items of interest in Mr. Lucas' Flickr feed. Looks like a lot of them were sadly unfinished:
