Just out of curiosity, did anyone who ran this adventure ever have one of the players as the murderer?

Its always fun when the perpetrator is one of those tasked to find the perpetrator.
Gives a great opportunity to carefully and subtly get rid of, or alter, incriminating evidence (or plant it to frame someone else).

But what if the "murder" was a "sub-rosa" elimination sanctioned by higher governmental authority, but with orders to NOT let that part become known to anyone?
And if the whole party was in on it?

An adventure where one of the players is a serial killer? I'm not sure that's one I'd run.
Urhsukan (or whatever his name is / was), had a list of enemies. Whenever I ran the thing I usually had the Aslan do it … don't ask me, I don't know. It just seemed interesting that an honor bound samurai-cat would take out some egomaniac on a space station, but not use his dewclaw.
