Mysterious GDW booklet found: need more info

So I picked up a copy of a GDW Games publication that is an 8 page booklet entitled "History of the Imperium". It's really a history of the First Imperium, so there's a Vilani logo on the front cover and a map of the First Imperium on the back cover. It looks like it was done later in GDW history by the fonts used.

There are no credits whatsoever, except for a product number "CC0205/R2". I've searched the forum here and the Traveller Wiki and come up blank. Was this included in another product? If anyone has any info like year of publication I'd appreciate the help.
