Near Star list for AstroSynthesis 2.0

Having some USD sitting lonely and unused in my PayPal account I purchased a
starmapping software called AstroSynthesis 2.0. That was yesterday so I haven't had much time to play around with it, but it looks pretty good.

It imports csv files with existing star data so it should be possible with a
little effort to wash the Near Star list to comply with the format.

Question: Does anyone have the Near Star list ready for import into AstroSynthesis 2.0? That would have been great

yes and it includes some of the newer dimmer stars as well

someone recently posted it into the 2300 yahoo group for me but I can e-mail it to you

The Nbos website (the folk that made astro 2.0) also has several verisons of the near starlist ready for use as well..THou I think the one Peter has is prolly more upto date with the newest dimmer stats
