I was about to start aquirring the Traveller 2300 game and was wondering which was the newer core book "2300 AD Traveller: 2300" or "2300 AD Man's Battle for the Stars"?

Traveller 2300 was first!

That is what I remember from the box and stuff, Traveller 2300. From there, I don't know, I was kinda involved there and not with gaming...actually IIRC next is 2300 AD.

Traveller: 2300 is 1st edition
2300AD is 2nd edition

"2300AD: Man's Battle for the Stars" is the newer version of the two.

2320 is even newer, put out by QLI and only available in PDF form (get it on like DriveThruRPG or something).
