Imperial Orders of Gvadakoung & Hlyuea

:ssb:This Imperial and Distingushed order of knighthood established by Empress Arbellatra in 642 to honor loyal Vargr citizens for distinguished exceptional service to the Imperium.

The headquarters contains a meeting hall, offices, recreational facilities, the archives (including both the official and private papers of Admiral Soegz (who's portrait is featured in relief on the order badge) and his descendants and museum of the order, quarters for the entire membership of the order should the need arise, and docking facilities for starships.

The precedence of the order is right after the Order of Sol and co-equal with the Order of Hlyuea. :ssb:

Is there an honorary membership to the Order of Gvadakoung for non-Imperium Vargr who are 'knighted' for services and high Charisma and presented with such as an honorary acknowledgementioned of their titles from the Extents?

Example:

"Blooded Fang" Dame Qithka Cannagrrh is Knighted for her services in Integrity Journalism for the Society of Equals in Gvurrdon Sector. Coming to the Spinward Marches, the Imperium has given her some semblance of acknowledgemental of her station via an honorary membership on the Order of Gvadakoung.

This might be an IMTU style question. Just curious.
