Other Sourcebooks...

I have the core rulebook and the Spinward Marches. I have also looked into some offerings from Spica Publishing. My question is, who else publishes source material for Mongoose Traveller?
Not that Mongoose doesn't already have a substantial library, I'm just curious.

Jon Brazer publishes a fairly good-sized pile of resources for the Mongoose Traveller referee.

the Jon Brazer stuff is pretty useful when you players go somewhere in the Adventure zone that you didn't prep for. Of course, most of it can be used in other versions of traveller also.

At the risk of being too self-promotional, I'd invite you to check out our stuff as well.

  • Terra-Sol Games LLC produces for MgT.
  • BITS could easily be adapted to MgT, as it is virtually generic.
  • ComStar/Avenger have done work in the past that has been largely systemless or MgT compatible.
  • There is one new license that is doing planets but not OTU.
  • And, Colin Dunn has a company that did an outstanding Mecha supplement.

Couple more did ship deckplans - a courier and a merc cruiser. Jon Brazen enterprises did some technology and critter sheets.

Cheers

Very cool! Thanks guys!
I just finished with the meet and greet with my players. Discussed what kind of world/game they wanted to play. More pulp, or more hard science that kind of stuff. Now that I have a pretty good idea as to what kind of game I'll be running, I can purchase the necessary source material now.

Good luck with your campaign!

Thanks GKG, I'm still a little nervous, as I truly haven't kept in quite a few years. I am growing more confident however thanks in large part to some of the excellent folk on this forum that have been a tremendous help to a newbie keeper.
I have 3 solid and confirmed players with the strong possibility of a 4th and 5th. I have 2-3 weeks to get caught up on the rules, create, and prepare for the game.
I'll try to have some kind of game report written up after our first night.
Thanks again...
BTW some of your source material looks awesome! I will probably be buying a couple of those PDF's once I can assemble a full list of MUST HAVE books.
