COMMENTS
Pa'epa'e Mago means white shark in Samoan, a widespread minority language on Sentry/Ley. It is also the mother tounge of Dr. Sir Sa'm Tililly, Ph.D., KOG, head designer of Coral Blue Studios. He spoke with "Lurker" magazine recently about his design of an escort carrier design named after the fearful predator. "'This ship is a most excellent design for swatting pirates" said the two time Count's Design Award recipiant. "With the weapon suite, small craft and sensor array this ship mounts, she will be more than able to handle any small time pirate or smuggling group. And, properly supported by even a moderate escort group, oh say a few Fireys or Gazelles, Some Type Ts and a supplies auxilliary; she will take out any commerce raider that tries to make its way into the sector."
Sir Tililly should know, being twice awarded the MCUF in action against "Rogue" K'Kree raiders from trailing while he served with the Household Squadron of the Duke of Ley. It was also where he received his knighthood.
"I tell you, I wish we had a couple of these and some Forgers when I was in uniform." He said, smiling in fond rememberance, "We could of shoved those *#@!&$% grass-eaters all the way back into the $&^@ 2000 worlds!"

Nicely done. Being a David Weber addict, I've always had a soft spot for Hannah Avram's light carriers...this is as close as I've seen.

My PCs will be getting one for the Naval campaign I'm cooking up.

If you look lower in this board you will find the Flagon class (A, B, C, D, E) ships all specified with appropriate write-ups as well. Let me know what you think. Thanks for the props. I personally am interested in the escort carrier concept of big ship design ever since I found out that an entire class of CE's were built and named after the body of water I live near.
