Page missing from Scout PDF

The CT cd-rom is missing page 31 from the scout PDF. Does anyone have a scan of that page?

I was rolling up my very first system, and then ran into the dreaded missing page 31!

Me too! I just pulled mine up and not only am I missing page 31, I have page 30 twice.
