PENARUA8-Class 30,000t Light Cruiser

I've been working on some MegaTraveller starship designs and fleets make-up and rediscovered this beautiful ship. Has anyone ever written up a background/description of the Penarua8? I'd love to read it.

I suspect magmagmag may have....most of his 3d stuff has deckplans. can't be certain; his website is in japanese...
